Our Mission

Building a Strong Culinary Community

As the American Culinary Federation Black Hills Chapter of Professional Chefs, we support professional growth for chefs, cooks, students, and hospitality leaders across the region.

Through chapter programming, peer connections, and industry engagement, we help members strengthen skills, share knowledge, and elevate culinary excellence in the Black Hills.

How the Chapter Serves Members

The chapter creates opportunities for connection, recognition, and professional advancement through programs designed for today’s culinary community.

We support student culinarians at both the collegiate (Mitchell Tech) and High School (Pro-Start) levels. We support local not-for-profit organizations through hands-on support and donations.  Learn about resources and chapter opportunities that help members stay informed and engaged.
